So, instead of choosing one particular book, I'd choose a genre that is not neglected as such, but not, I believe, read as much as the novel: the short story, my first love, because as a kid I never had the attention span to finish a nov...

I still often don't have the attention span to finish a novel. And this is pure coincidence, because I'm looking at this blog post only now! Now I also want to read the books you mentioned, although the one I gave you has absolutely rocked my world of late. What do you think of it?
